IMPLEMENTATION

Andco Contracting only employs vetted, licensed, and insured contractors who are experts in their respective fields, the PM continually assesses any and all work performed. Maintenance work is always reviewed and documented with the date of completion so that future inspections can be kept up-to-date and scheduled accordingly. Your project manager is tasked with orchestrating all maintenance schedules and will also assist you in establishing an account in our App, through which all scheduling will be coordinated. Strict confidentiality protocols are upheld to protect the privacy of clients and exceptional support is provided to clients throughout the implementation of the program. Service costs are based upon time and materials, and an estimate is provided prior to resolving the issues at hand.
