Acts as an extension of staff to the Owner and manages the entire project with pre-planning, design, construction, engineering and management expertise.
Hires specialized subcontractors and holds all subcontracts for construction.
Responsible for the entire construction project, from permits, to bids, and right through to the punch list.
Construction Management Advisory (CMA) consists of our acting as an advisor to the owner throughout the project, providing pre-construction services – estimating, scheduling, constructability reviews and coordinating work of one general contractor or several prime contractors.
