Andco Contracting Inc. Is a full carpenter contracting and construction management firm based in Deer Park, NY. We are a third-generation family business established in 1956, First known as Anderson Brothers, Great Neck, NY.

Since our inception we have been known for our knowledge of construction, ability to manage complex projects, approachable manner & delivery of the utmost levels of quality. These core values have allowed us to be the contractor of choice for many high-end architects and clients alike.

What We Do

Over the years our business has grown and evolved into what it is today. We are not only construction managers, but also carpentry contractors. We employ a staff of carpenters and specialize in framing (wood/ metal), interior finish carpentry, exterior finish carpentry & siding.

We are often sought out by other builders in the industry to work as subcontractors and have executed thousands of projects throughout the area in this capacity. Having this large manpower pool allows us to self-perform much of the work and thus allowing us the utmost control over project schedules and quality.

Eric & John Anderson

As a family business, we take extreme pride in all of our projects. The execution and delivery of each project is personally overseen by father and son team Eric & John Anderson.

Eric brings 35+ years of experience in the field of construction, He is responsible for field operations as well as management of our labor force.

John Anderson is responsible for project management & brings over 12 years’ experience to the firm. John joined the firm after a successful career working for firms in Manhattan, Nassau County & The Hamptons.

We understand what it takes to complete complex projects on schedule and on budget and bring a management style unmatched by our competitors. We are able to provide the high level of management akin to larger firms but with the personable approach of a family business with direct owner involvement every step of the way.
